When you submit a form on this site, whether that's the contact form, a quote request, a consultation booking, a newsletter signup or a job application, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, company, and any message, file or resume you attach. We do not collect this information through any other means, and we do not buy or sell contact data.
How we use it
We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule a consultation, process a job application, or send the newsletter you signed up for. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers required to run this website and, where you have engaged us, deliver the work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and quote requests are kept for as long as is useful to the relationship, typically no more than 24 months after the last contact. Job applications are kept for 12 months so we can consider you for roles that open later, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
- Ask what data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Withdraw newsletter consent at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
- Ask us to export your data in a portable format

Security
Form submissions and uploaded files are stored on infrastructure we control, behind authentication, and are never made publicly accessible.
Changes to this policy
We will update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes materially, and will not reduce your rights under this policy without your consent.
